AC Milan head coach Massimiliano Allegri has hailed Barcelona as the best team in the world, but still believes his side can spring a Champions League shock in the Camp Nou.
The first leg between the two European powerhouses ended goalless at the San Siro last week, leaving the Rossoneri to secure a win or a scoring draw in Spain to reach the semi-finals, where they would face the winners of the tie between Chelsea and Benfica.

"We must play as we did in the opening leg and make sure we don't concede a goal," Allegri said. "This game is like a final and we are ready.
"Barcelona remain the best team in the world, but I believe there will be two or three situations during Tuesday's game where the tie could be decided and we need to be smart.
"I am confident we can score a goal."
Milan are 4.50 to progress to the last four at the expense of the reigning champions, with Barcelona 1.18 to make the semi-finals, while the Italians are 1213.00 to win the competition for an eighth time.
The two sides have already met in the group stages of the Champions League earlier this season, with Barca winning 3-2 in Milan after the clash in the Camp Nou ended all square at 2-2.
They have also met once in the final of the Champions League, in 1994, when the Italian giants romped to a 4-0 success in Athens.
