Bayern Munich coach Jupp Heynckes has urged his players to push on and win the Champions League this season after their comfortable 4-0 quarter-final aggregate win against Marseille.
Jupp Heynckes wants his Bayern Munich side to pick up silverware this season.
Two goals from Ivica Olic sealed a 2-0 second leg win for the German Bundesliga outfit at the Allianz Arena on Tuesday having won by the same scoreline in the south of France a week ago.
It means Bayern Munich will look forward to a likely two-legged semi-final showdown against Spanish giants Real Madrid, who hold a 3-0 first leg lead over APOEL Nicosia ahead of Wednesday's second leg at the Bernabeu.
And Heynckes, who has also guided his side to the German Cup final and in with a shout of the Bundesliga title, does not want his players to throw away the chance of lifting silverware this season, particularly in Europe given that the Champions League final will be held in their own stadium.
Bayern Munich are 1.40 to win the Champions League, reigning champions Barcelona are 1213.00 with Real Madrid 1213.00 to lift the trophy.

"I told my team that the (German) Cup final, the chance to win the Bundesliga and reaching the semi-finals of the Champions League are all great successes, but we want to have trophies in our hands at the end of the season," he said.
"The two Spanish clubs are a bit ahead of us," Heynckes added on Sky television. "Nevertheless, we can beat Real over two legs."
