Graham confident for Sydney

Queensland harness racing trainer-reinsman Darrel Graham is confident of success when he campaigns Sign To Inverell, Montana Falcon and Emperor Montana at the Sydney carnival.
The carnival culminates on April 28, when feature events will be the $200,000 Chariots of Fire, $200,000 NSW Derby and $200,000 Len Smith Mile.
Sign To Inverell is aimed at the Chariots Fire, while Montana Falcon and Emperor Montana are Derby contenders.
"I think they deserve their chances in major races and I couldn't be happier with them," Graham said.
Graham won last year's Chariots Of Fire with Lanercost.
"Montana Falcon has won his past four races and is flying," Graham said. "He's improved since changes to his training.
"The big track at Menangle will suit Montana Falcon and Emperor Montana."
Meantime, classy Western Australian pacer Ohoka Du Nord has been sent to Brisbane, in search of more spacious tracks.
He has not been showing his best on the 800m circuit at Perth's Gloucester Park.
WA trainer Grant Williams, who has been preparing Ohoka Du Nord, arranged for the horse to enter John McCarthy's Queensland stable.
Ohoka Du Nord has won 14 WA races, including the 2011 Pinjarra Cup. The six-year-old holds Pinjarra's 1670m record of 1:52.7.
"He's been going well on the spacious Pinjarra course," McCarthy said. "But it seems Gloucester Park was too small for him."
McCarthy's Sydney-based son Luke has added Metal Zinger and Stout to his list of horses in training. Metal Zinger has been a quality performer in Brisbane and lightly-raced Stout looks promising.
