Pekovic leads Timberwolves to victory

Nikola Pekovic came off the bench for a team-high 27 points as Minnesota went into New Jersey and beat the Nets 108-105.
The Timberwolves centre was 11-of-14 from the field and also pulled down 11 boards in a dominating performance that helped to offset a spectacular evening by New Jersey's Anthony Morrow who was 13-of-20 with eight 3-pointers for 42 points.
In Denver the Los Angeles Lakers pulled to within a half game of the idle Clippers with a 93-89 win over the Nuggets.
Andrew Bynum led LA with 22 points as Kobe Bryant struggled on just 7-of-23 shooting for 20 points.

The Oklahoma City Thunder used a strong fourth quarter to rally to beat the Memphis Grizzlies 101-94. The Big Three of Kevin Durant, Russell Westbrook and James Harden again combined for the majority of the Thunder's points scoring 81 of the 101 on 28-of-55 from the field.
